Hearty ham and cheese loaf
|350 g||Mix B - Bread-Mix|
|100 g||finely chopped smoked ham|
|100 g||grated cheese|
|70 g||melted margarine|
|15 g||brewers' yeast|
|10 g||dried yeast|
- Mix the flour with the eggs until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add this and the margarine to the batter, and mix well.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased bread tin that has been coated with flour and bake for 40 minutes at 180° C. (350° F. / Gas Mark 4).
