Hearty ham and cheese loaf



350 g Mix B - Bread-Mix
3 eggs
100 g finely chopped smoked ham
100 g grated cheese
70 g melted margarine
125 g milk
15 g brewers' yeast
10 g dried yeast


  • Mix the flour with the eggs until a smooth mixture is formed.
  • Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add this and the margarine to the batter, and mix well.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into a greased bread tin that has been coated with flour and bake for 40 minutes at 180° C. (350° F. / Gas Mark 4).
