Crispy and gluten free halloumi fries make the perfect party food!

Ingredients

250 g halloumi cheese
30 g Paniermehl - Breadcrumbs
1 tsp smoked paprika
100 ml sunflower oil
For the dip:
100 g mayonnaise
1 tsp chili sauce
or
1 tsp chili paste

Preparation

  • Cut the cheese into sticks.
  • Stir the smoked paprika into the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook the fries about 4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Turn around in halfway.
  • Serve with chili mayonnaise.
