Crispy and gluten free halloumi fries make the perfect party food!
|250 g||halloumi cheese|
|30 g||Paniermehl - Breadcrumbs|
|1 tsp||smoked paprika|
|100 ml||sunflower oil|
|For the dip:|
|1 tsp||chili sauce|
|1 tsp||chili paste|
- Cut the cheese into sticks.
- Stir the smoked paprika into the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the fries about 4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Turn around in halfway.
- Serve with chili mayonnaise.
