A tasty turnover recipe for you to fill as you wish!

Ingredients

2 cups Mix B - Bread-Mix
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brandy
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg yolk
50 ml water
frying oil

Preparation

  • Mix the ingredients to obtain a coarse meal and afterwards add the water to the dough.
  • Let the dough sit for 1hour wrapped in a plastic film in the refrigerator. After, open the dough with a roll until very thin.
  • Cut the turnover shape from the dough, fill as to taste, fold and seal the edges with a fork.
  • Finalize frying in hot oil.
