An oven-fresh delicacy with flaxseeds and anise.
|500 g||Mix B - Bread-Mix|
|500 ml||lukewarm water|
|10 g||dry yeast|
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
|40 g||flax seeds|
|1 tsp||anise seeds|
- Melt the margarine and dilute with the water. Add the yeast and mix together well.
- Add in all of the other ingredients and mix together until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Place the dough in a greased bread tin that has been coated with flour, cover with a damp cloth and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C. (350° F. / Gasmark 4) for 60 minutes.
