30 g fresh yeast
15 g dry yeast
500 g lukewarm water
10 g fennel seeds
10 g caraway seeds


  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the fennel seeds and the cumin. Dissolve the yeast in the water and then pour it into the flour.
  • Mix everything well, then form small rolls or mini baguettes (about 80 g).
