Fennel caraway seeds bread rolls

|15 g||dry yeast|
|500 g||lukewarm water|
|10 g||fennel seeds|
|10 g||caraway seeds|
- Pour the flour into a bowl, add the fennel seeds and the cumin. Dissolve the yeast in the water and then pour it into the flour.
- Mix everything well, then form small rolls or mini baguettes (about 80 g).
- Place the dough balls on a baking try covered with baking paper and leave them to stand (covered) at room temperature for approx. 30 minutes (the dough must double the volume).
- Brush the surfaces with egg and sprinkle them as desired with fennel seeds and cumin. Bake at 190 ° C for 1/2 hour.
