This gluten free recipe can be used as a wrap or tortilla and also to make frying pan pizza!


8 tbsp Mix B - Bread-Mix
2 tbsp linseed flour
2 tbsp amaranth flakes
2 tbsp quinoa flakes
3 pinch/es of salt
1 1/2 cups water


  • Mix all the dry ingredients and add the water a little at a time while continuing to mix.
  • The dough should have a creamy consistency, like that of a pancake dough.
  • Spread the dough in a non-stick frying pan over a low flame and cook until golden brown.
  • You can use it as a wrap, tortillas for tacos and also to make frying pan pizza!
