This gluten free recipe can be used as a wrap or tortilla and also to make frying pan pizza!
|8 tbsp||Mix B - Bread-Mix|
|2 tbsp||linseed flour|
|2 tbsp||amaranth flakes|
|2 tbsp||quinoa flakes|
|3 pinch/es of||salt|
|1 1/2 cups||water|
- Mix all the dry ingredients and add the water a little at a time while continuing to mix.
- The dough should have a creamy consistency, like that of a pancake dough.
- Spread the dough in a non-stick frying pan over a low flame and cook until golden brown.
- You can use it as a wrap, tortillas for tacos and also to make frying pan pizza!
