Exotic avocado-based spreadable cream


A delicious spreadable cream made with avocado and ricotta cheese. So tasty, you can never get enough! The addition of tomato and cheese give it the finishing touch.


4 slices Cereale del Mastro Panettiere / Flerkorn / Maestro Cereale
1 avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 bunch chives
100 g ricotta cheese
1 pinch/es of iodised salt
1 pinch/es of pepper
a little bit of freshly ground nutmeg
100 g sun-dried tomatoes
100 g aromatic cheese


  • Cut the avocado into halves and remove the stone.
  • Scoop out and mash the flesh then add a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Cut the chives finely. Mix with the avocado. Add the ricotta cheese, mix well and season.
  • Drain the tomatoes. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  • Spread the avocado cream onto a slice of Mastro Panettiere multi-cereal bread.
  • Add the tomatoes and cheese.
