Ingredients

800 g Mix B - Bread-Mix
200 ml cooking cream
or
vegetable cream
1 tbsp oil
25 g fresh yeast
or
12 g dry yeast
500-550 ml lukewarm water
salt to taste

Preparation

  • Dissolve the yeast in water and knead together all the ingredients in a bowl until they are well combined.
  • Cover the dough and leave to rise for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Stretch it out (but not too thinly) and cut out the Crescentine (or form small balls and roll these out).
  • Leave the discs to rise again for roughly an hour.
  • Bake the Crescentine – if possible in the “Tigelmatic”, the only electric bread maker with a heat resistant stone plate.
