Cracker Sandwich with Almonds

No need for cooking with these delicious, easy-to-make mini sandwiches. Look out, they will disappear quickly!

Ingredients

24 Saltí
60 g fresh cream cheese
60 g mascarpone cheese
to taste salt and pepper
12 stalks chives
almonds, granulated and toasted

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the cream cheese, adding salt and pepper to flavour.
  • Generously spread the cream mixture onto a cracker and join two Saltì together to make a sandwich.
  • Pass the edges of the cracker sandwich through a bowl with the granulated almonds. Garnish with chives.
  • Leave the sandwiches to sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so before serving.
