Corn bread rolls

A delicous and different bread roll recipe to eat at breakfast or as a snack.


3 cups Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
3 cups maize flakes
1/2 cup manioc starch
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder


  • Warm the milk in a pan and stir in the cornmeal mixing well.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, pour the pan mixture, add the rest, and mix everything well with your hands.
  • Shape the small corn breads, put in a tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for aproximately 30 minutes.
