Corn bread rolls
A delicous and different bread roll recipe to eat at breakfast or as a snack.
|3 cups||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|3 cups||maize flakes|
|1/2 cup||manioc starch|
|1 tbsp||baking powder|
- Warm the milk in a pan and stir in the cornmeal mixing well.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, pour the pan mixture, add the rest, and mix everything well with your hands.
- Shape the small corn breads, put in a tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for aproximately 30 minutes.
