Adds a wonderful chocolate flavour to the magic of an Xmas tradition!

Ingredients

250 g Mix B - Bread-Mix
5 g dry yeast
150 ml lukewarm water
1 tbsp xanthan gum
80 g butter or margarine
100 g sugar
3 eggs
200 g chocolate chips
to taste vanilla essence

Preparation

  • Dust the chocolate chips with Schär Mix B and add to the other ingredients of the dough.
  • Pour the dough into a panettone form that has been buttered and dusted with Schär Mix B.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
