Adds a wonderful chocolate flavour to the magic of an Xmas tradition!
|250 g||Mix B - Bread-Mix|
|5 g||dry yeast|
|150 ml||lukewarm water|
|1 tbsp||xanthan gum|
|80 g||butter or margarine|
|200 g||chocolate chips|
|to taste||vanilla essence|
- Dust the chocolate chips with Schär Mix B and add to the other ingredients of the dough.
- Pour the dough into a panettone form that has been buttered and dusted with Schär Mix B.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
