1 tbsp Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
300 ml milk
1 tsp butter


  • Mix the cocoa, flour and sugar together well in a sauce pan.
  • Add a little milk and mix well until uniform, then add the rest of the milk.
  • Bring to the boil slowly over low heat, then add the butter and mix well.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool. When cold, beat with a wire whip until light and frothy.
