|1 tbsp||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|1 tbsp||unsweetened cocoa powder|
|1 1/2 tsp||sugar|
- Mix the cocoa, flour and sugar together well in a sauce pan.
- Add a little milk and mix well until uniform, then add the rest of the milk.
- Bring to the boil slowly over low heat, then add the butter and mix well.
- Remove from the heat and let cool. When cold, beat with a wire whip until light and frothy.
