Chocolate chip muffins


A handy and delicious muffin that is soft and gluten free. A favourite snack with the kids!


For the dough:
1 1/2 cups Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup soya oil
1 pinch/es of salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
For sprinkling:
3 tbsp chocolate chips


  • Place the Mix Pâtisserie flour in a bowl and mix in the sugar, chocolate chips, baking powder, oil, egg, milk, vanilla essence and salt.
  • Continue mixing until the batter becomes smooth and uniform.
  • Line a muffin tin with fluted muffin cases and fill them halfway with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
