Chocolate chip muffins
A handy and delicious muffin that is soft and gluten free. A favourite snack with the kids!
|For the dough:|
|1 1/2 cups||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|1/4 cup||soya oil|
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
|1 tsp||vanilla essence|
|1 1/2 tbsp||baking powder|
|1/2 cup||chocolate chips|
|3 tbsp||chocolate chips|
- Place the Mix Pâtisserie flour in a bowl and mix in the sugar, chocolate chips, baking powder, oil, egg, milk, vanilla essence and salt.
- Continue mixing until the batter becomes smooth and uniform.
- Line a muffin tin with fluted muffin cases and fill them halfway with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
