Chili bruschetta with shrimps
You bring the sea to the table with this bruschetta. It is simply delicious!
|12 slices||Pane Casereccio|
|a little bit of||cream cheese|
|2 tbsp||lime or lemon juice|
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
|1 handful||coriander leaves|
- Cut the banana into small pieces and mix it in a bowl with the cream cheese and lime juice.
- Clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds, chop finely and mix into the cream. Add salt to taste.
- Toast the bread and spread the cream on it. Garnish with shrimps and a little coriander.
