Chili bruschetta with shrimps


You bring the sea to the table with this bruschetta. It is simply delicious!


12 slices Pane Casereccio
a little bit of cream cheese
100 g banana
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
1 red chilli
1 pinch/es of salt
12 shrimps
1 handful coriander leaves


  • Cut the banana into small pieces and mix it in a bowl with the cream cheese and lime juice.
  • Clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds, chop finely and mix into the cream. Add salt to taste.
  • Toast the bread and spread the cream on it. Garnish with shrimps and a little coriander.
