Morning rush? Don’t worry, this smoothie can be ready in 5 minutes flat! Providing you with a great source of calcium, essential for maintaining healthy bones and particularly important for those following a gluten free diet.
|100 ml||pomegranate juice|
|100 ml||cranberry juice|
- Place the washed fruits, peeled banana and juice in the smoothie maker or blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Add yogurt and blend a further 15 seconds.
- Divide between two glasses and serve.
