Broccoli Salad with Spicy Croutons

These roasted broccoli with spicy croutons and tahini vinaigrette is a perfect light lunch or side dish for meat or fish.


3 slices Classico del Mastro Panettiere / Classic / Maestro Classic
500 g broccoli
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp (hot smoked) paprika powder
For the dressing:
100 ml tahini
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp agave syrup
3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
a little bit of black pepper


  • Sprinkle 1 tb(sp) of olive oil and ½ ts(p) of salt on the broccoli and toss.
  • Roast the broccoli at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the bread slices into cubes.
  • Heat 1 tb(sp) of olive oil in a pan.
  • Roast the bread cubes until crispy and golden. Season with ½ ts(p) salt  and smoked paprika.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and grate them.
  • Put all the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add a little bit of water if needed.
  • Sprinkle the broccoli with half of the sauce.
  • Add croutons and serve with remaining sauce.
