Brazilian Rain fritters
These delightful Rain Fritters would take any Brazilian national back to their childhood days. This gluten-free version will sweeten your rainy days.
|For the dough:|
|1 1/2 cups||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|2 pinch/es of||salt|
|For the breading:|
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix together.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Using a spoon, carefully drop small amounts of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Toss the hot fritters in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and serve immediately.
- Tip: For banana lovers: Try dicing a banana and adding it to the dough. A delicious combination!
