Easy and quick black bean soup with gluten free bread makes a perfect lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

400 g tomato puree
300 ml water
400 g black beans, tinned
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin
1 pinch/es of black pepper
For serving:
Ciabattine / Ciabatta
parsley

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in to a pot.
  • Bring to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with oven fresh Ciabattine and parsley leaves.
