These Biscotti are ideal even for those who cannot consume dairy or egg products!
|250 g||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|65 g||vegetable margarine|
|50 g||icing sugar|
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
|100 ml||coconut milk|
|100 ml||soy milk|
|100 ml||rice milk|
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Next, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out your required shapes.
- Set the shapes out on one of the lined baking trays and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes
