These Biscotti are ideal even for those who cannot consume dairy or egg products!

Ingredients

250 g Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
65 g vegetable margarine
50 g icing sugar
1 pinch/es of salt
100 ml coconut milk
or
100 ml soy milk
or
100 ml rice milk

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
  • Next, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out your required shapes.
  • Set the shapes out on one of the lined baking trays and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes
