Madeleines dipped in a hearty chocolate sauce and topped with walnuts for a perfect afternoon treat.

4 Schär BIO Madeleines Choco
200 ml plant-based cream
40 g dark chocolate, vegan
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch/es of salt
1 handful walnuts


  • Heat up the plant-based cream (do not boil it).
  • Add the chocolate and let it melt.
  • Give a final touch by adding the sugar and a small pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Dip the Madeleines Classic in the chocolate sauce.
  • Top with crushed walnuts.
