Crispbread with fresh and smooth pea hummus – what more can you ask for?

12 Schär BIO Pan Crisp Cereal
100 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
100 g peas, drained and rinsed
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
For serving:
1 handful mint leaves


  • Prepare the hummus by placing all the ingredients into a food processor. Blitz until smooth.
  • Spread the prepared hummus onto the Pan Crisp Cereal and top with fresh herbs.
