A fresh and healty vegan and naturally gluten free berry smoothie is certainly an eat good, feel good – food!

Ingredients

250 g raspberries
250 g vegetable yogurt
100 ml vegetable milk
3 tbsp cane sugar
a little bit of lime juice
For the garnish:
forest fruits (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Serve and enjoy!
