|4 tbsp||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
- Peel and dice the apples, place in a casserole, and add sugar.
- Cook until the apples begin to break up.
- Then turn the heat to low and mash the apples with a fork.
- Add flour and stir briskly with the fork until the mixture thickens.
- Allow the crème to cool.
- Serve in custard cups or use as a cake crème.
