Apple crème


A delicious fruity recipe for autumn! It’s great by itself or as a cake icing.


4 tbsp Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
4 apples
2 tbsp sugar


  • Peel and dice the apples, place in a casserole, and add sugar.
  • Cook until the apples begin to break up.
  • Then turn the heat to low and mash the apples with a fork.
  • Add flour and stir briskly with the fork until the mixture thickens.
  • Allow the crème to cool.
  • Serve in custard cups or use as a cake crème.
