|200 g||almonds, shelled|
- Preheat the oven to 150 - 180°C (top and bottom heat setting) and line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
- Grind the almonds until they take on a porridge-like consistency.
- Beat the sugar together with the egg white, and combine the almonds with the sieved flour.
- Shape the dough into nut-sized balls. Place them on the baking tray and bake in the oven.
