Using Farine in baking

I can only find Farine in muy country. The packaging says it can be use for baking, but recipes at your website uses the dolce mix for baking. I'd like to know if the Farine can be used as a 1:1 ratio in replacement of the usual baking recipes with wheat (for cakes and cookies mostly). If it's another ratio, which would it be?
