Pizza is back on the menu! Gina allows people with coeliac disease to enjoy this popular dish to the fullest - gluten-free. Gina has a special oven for gluten-free pizza. This prevents traces of ingredients containing gluten from contaminating the food. The staff is aware of gluten sensitivity and is always available to help. Gluten-free meals are clearly marked. A double pizza take-away (AIC qualified), with a traditional (gluten) oven, and a glutenfree one. Some 20 different pizza's, most of all also as glutenfree. Staff is well qualified, know how to handle gf in combination with gluten products. Do call an hour before if you want gf pizza. Sometimes the oven has to be warmed. Prizes between 5 and 7 euro's per pizza (normal size).
