Bananas are packed with  potassium, fiber and also are great for healthy digestion. Peaches and spinach are both full of a rich array of rich minerals we all need like iron, magnesium  and calcium. Add in a pinch of the ultimate antioxidant turmeric which is  known for its healing and anti-inflammatory effects and WOOH, get ready for the most incredible glass of healthy goodness! Ingredients

frozen peaches
1 cup
spinach
or

kale
to taste
lime juice
to taste
almond milk
to taste
cashew milk
to taste
turmeric

Preparation

  • First step is “How To” cut a mango, as seen on the video.
  • Place the cubed mango and all remaining ingredients into blender, pouring enough almond milk (or any milk you like) to cover all the ingredients well.
  • Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and no chunks remain.
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy with Schär Oat Biscuits for a healthy start to your day.
