Another gluten free take for your Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients

3-4 stalks (optional)
celery
1/2 cup
melted butter
or
1/2 cup
oil
1/4 ts(p) (to taste)
salt
1/4 ts(p) (to taste)
thyme
1/4 ts(p) (to taste)
sage
1/4 ts(p) (to taste)
pepper

Preparation

  • Place the croutons in an oven safe bowl. Wash the celery.
  • Finely chop the celery, and then add it to the croutons.
  • Add the seasoning.
  • Melt the butter and pour over the crouton mixture.
  • Mix well. If dry add warm water, GF broth, or drippings from your chicken or turkey.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Violà! – a fabulous dressing no one will know is gluten free!
