We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and service so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can get this resolved.
Since we do not use any preservatives in our products, once the package is open, we recommend you store in an air-tight container or bag and refrigerate to maintain the quality of the bread or rolls for 2-3 days.
If you feel that you will not eat the product within that time frame, we encourage you to freeze the product. Freezing will not affect the quality and will prolong the shelf life for up to 3 months.
If mold formed premature of the expiration date and the package was still sealed, the package may have been compromised in shipping from our warehouse to the distributor or from the distributor to the grocery store.
We will alert our Quality Assurance Department of this issue so the necessary measures can be taken as we further look into what might have caused a quality deviation in this instance.

and I will personally send you a coupon to replace your purchase for your inconvenience.
