    I bought a loaf of Schar/Schaer gluten-free Artisan Baker Multigrain bread several months ago, here in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

    It is the only gluten-free bread I consider worth eating

    But I can't remember where I bought it and have not been able to find it again.

    Can anyone help me find it somewhere in or near Oakville, Ontario?

    Hi,
    I have just been diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroid Disease. I am now on a gluten free diet.
    I am finding out the iodine can exacerbate Thyroid inflammation / Hashimotos and symptoms.
    Is there iodine added by default or intentional to the breads that you make?
