At the beginning of the year, all the relevant people in the company meet to define the new sweet and biscuit range. Many things are considered in creating this list: taste, calorific balance, the look, market trends and also the requests from Schär consumers. From this list we choose only the best ideas that meet the requirements of the production test in our pastry labs. The samples are analysed by Schär experts and carefully tasted. The last modifications are made before the most important test - that with customers selected for our research. If these Schär consumers are not happy, the product is not put on the market. Luckily this happens very rarely. Schär sweets and biscuits are always a great success from the very first bite!
