Finding the right fats
Fat provides your body with energy and essential fatty acids. It also absorbs and transports the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) and carries flavor and aroma additives. You should therefore produce 25-30% of your daily energy from the fat consumed as a part of your diet.
