HelenaMD posted a comment on the product Cream Crackers
There aren't many options for gluten free crackers out there, so this is a product I have bought a few times now since it has become available. The taste is pretty good, and the texture is quite accomplished, although the crackers are quite crumbly. I think the latter is probably pretty unavoidable considering the role of gluten in flatbreads and the fact that it is obviously absent, however, in regards to taste, I would like to suggest a bit less salt would perhaps improve the recipe... and be better for our health. If you add cheese or anything salty to these crackers the snack becomes too salty. I remember normal crackers to taste more bland... Salt contents on Jacob's for example is 0.1g per 100g and Carr's Water Biscutits have also 0.1g. Compare that to a whooping 1.2g of salt per 100g for the Dr Schar product!
