Our whole-grain bread contains a special variety: The ingredients, brown rice, buckwheat, millet and sunflower seeds ensure a full flavoured taste and – in addition – a high dietary fibre content. Just as with all other types of bread produced by Schaer, this whole-grain bread is also free of lactose and wheat starch.
